The challenge
Savino Del Bene’s South African business wanted a digital way to manage employee goals, personal development and engagement. Systems iO began by understanding existing processes and user needs, then developed screens and flows with client and sample-user feedback.
What Systems iO delivered
Systems iO designed and delivered the Savino Management System for employee administration and performance management. It includes goal setting and check-ins, progress dashboards and a rewards experience. The platform was delivered rapidly to provide maximum value in a short timeframe.
The outcome
The platform was delivered in under three months. Savino Del Bene later reported that it was in use across all its South African branches.
