By using the OutSystems low-code platform or hosted PoV product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Introduction Welcome to our Proof of Value (PoV) offer. These terms and conditions govern the scope of this PoV as well as your use of this environment provided by Systems iO for a limited period. By accessing and using this PoV, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
- Purpose The PoV is provided strictly for testing and evaluation purposes. It is intended to allow [your company] to assess the features and functionality of the OutSystems low-code platform and the PoV we will host for you.
- Non-Production Use The test environment must not be used for any production activities. Any data, transactions, or operations performed within this environment are for testing purposes only and should not be relied upon in a live production setting.
- Duration & Termination The test environment is available for a period of 20 days from the date of PoV completion. If no new agreement is signed within this period, access to the environment will be automatically terminated without further notice. Systems iO also reserves the right to terminate access at any time without prior notice if there is a violation of these terms and conditions.
- Data and Security Systems iO is not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or any other issues arising from the use of the environment. Users should not upload any sensitive or personal data during the testing period.
- Limitation of Liability Systems iO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the test environment, even if Systems iO has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Changes to Terms Systems iO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon notification via email.
