Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers to elicit their requirements
- Lead the design and development of web/mobile and API solutions using OutSystems to meet the customer’s needs.
- Work collaboratively with customers, our internal teams and external partners throughout the software delivery lifecycle
- Define and document application architecture that includes high-level design, architectural policies and principles, design and programming guidelines.
- Arrange and facilitate presentations, testing and demonstrations.
- Ensure architecture design follows platform principles is implemented in accordance with OutSystems best practices.
- Continually assess application landscape to performance and quality improvement
- Educate and guide customers in OutSystems development practices.
Education/ Qualification
The following qualifications are preferred but not essential
- Degree Level or above in Science, Maths, Computing, Engineering or related subject.
- OutSystems Certified
Nice to have
- TOGAF certification
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in developing using:
- Strong understanding of architecture, application systems design and integration.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC, and familiarity with Agile delivery methods.
- Experience of leading development teams and working directly with clients.
- Minimum of 1 years experiencing in developing applications using a high-code programming language i.e. C#, Java
- Experience in working with relational databases and writing SQL to interrogate and analyse data.
- Proven experience in team leading, including remote/offshore team members.

- Strong analytical skills with strong business acumen.
- Able to gather business requirements.
- Able to create systems design documents to a high presentable standard.
- Able to communicate to all levels of the business from senior management.
