It is a “cross-functional, cloud-based platform to consolidate processes and automate the end-to-end lifecycle of a policy,”
Working fully remote across two continents, Systems iO collaborated with Tysers to launch the Tconnect MVP in just 4 months. Since then Tconnect has continued to evolve through two-week sprint cycles and has enabled a saving of 400 hours per week in efficiency, and resolution of customer queries 60% faster.
